Nice clean room. New bathroom sink and shower. Extra sink and countertop outside of bathroom was a great idea. Two people can get ready at the same time. Loved that new feature! Would definitely recommend.

The front desk person at check in was wonderful! Smiling, happy, very, very helpful! I needed to stay an extra day due to Hurricane Milton & he made it so easy to do!! I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Enjoyed our stay
We stayed the night due to my father needing surgery at the nearby hospital. It was a quick stay but we enjoyed the property and the breakfast. My mother and I both forgot our toothbrushes, so it was very nice that the front desk was able to provide those for us.

We stayed for 3 nights. Property was quiet, staff was super helpful/polite and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was good, there were limited options but of course its free Breakfast so can't complain. We loved that checkout was at 12 and the pool was a decent size. The only dislike was that it was not daily housekeeping but you can ask the front desk for extra towels when needed.

The air conditioning didnt work properly, was very humid in our room, air temp didnt get below 75 (when the hi temp was 90) the fridge had been turned off and was completely defrosted, warm and filled with water.

The stay was great BUT the hotel description stated that it was pet friendly. Nowhere was it mentioned that there was a $25 cost associated with it. So disappointing. I will stay somewhere else where all costs are stated upfront during the booking.
