The property’s location was fantastic, making it convenient to get around. The staffs were friendly and the cleanliness was top-notch. The facilities were impressive, especially the amenities. Overall, was a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

The room does not match the picture. Most of the window view is blocked by another building, and all I can see is a wall. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they said this is what I get. If the room has a blocked view, it should be stated in the description. The picture is very misleading. Additionally, the front desk staff were not very polite.

Family vacation at Macau
The location of the hotel was fantastic and well connected. We managed to change our rooms the next day to connecting ones as we were travelling as a family. The staff was helpful and friendly and made the stay a very pleasant experience. Well definitely stay at this hotel when we next visit Macau.
