Asked for a change of bedding at the front desk, house keeping never came and never cleaned our room or even made our bed with the old bedding. Closet door didn't close. Shower door extremely loud when opening and closing. Stains on the carpet. Very limited options at breakfast almost everything was out and we went at 8am. Areas dirty throughout the hotel. Had to ask to eat dinner in the dining area.

Overall a clean hotel with comfortable beds. That being said, the air conditioning unit in our room was leaking water and the carpet was soaked and starting to smell like mildew. The leak was fixed at our request, but the carpet remained wet during our stay.

Mediocre facility
Breakfast was very disappointing - no fresh fruit, miserable coffee, limited choice of pastry/breads/bagels, etc. Most unsatisfactory and not all like most Comfort Inns. Room was good but a strange configuration of the bathroom. Nice linens and a good bed.

I don't recommend!
Front door was broken, little bits of trash everywhere. Lobby seating area looked like it wasn't vacuumed in a week. Coffee stains on the side table. They state all rooms are smoke free, our room stank of smoke and had cigarette burns in the carpet. Our bathroom sink and floor was dirty. When we asked to move rooms they said they were full, which I believe they were as we found it very hard to find a hotel in the area for that night.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds/pillows were comfy. Had a really nice breakfast with a lot of choices. Does not have a vending machine or pop machine but there is a gas station next door. Would stay there again.

Really nice unit with hot tub in room on 3rd floor. I thought hot tubs was only on first floor. This was a big room #320 now my favorite roo.. fridge and microwave. Let out couch/bed. Hugh comfortable California king bed. Nice hotel. Elevator a little scary 😨 😬 😂. I didnt eat breakfast, thats offered free in the morning.

Good for a short trip but...
I had called ahead of time to have a crib placed in the room and it was not. The staff was overloaded with check in's and you could tell that they were overwhelmed. The staff was 100% friendly and making the best of the situation which I can totally respect. Some con's were as follows... 1) crib was not in the room and I had to wait and this was tough because I had a sleepy one year old with me. 2) There was only one luggage cart which had a busted wheel and was hard to navigate. 3)Once I was in the room the fridge did not work and they let me know several hours later that they would bring me a new one but my daughter was already sleeping so it was not a good time. 4) The TV was busted and they had to send staff up to fix it. 5) Room service the next day was running extremely late so I had to trade my towels out in the hallway. Pros... 1) FRIENDLIEST staff Ever! 2) Clean rooms 3) The breakfast attendant was AMAZING and friendly and the breakfast was great and stocked at all times. 4) They had high chairs in the breakfast area. 5) Even with a lot of kids staying there it was quiet at appropriate times. This was not the most extravagant hotel but it served its purpose. Although I wish we did not have the issues that we did the staff did their best to make it right and I wouldstay here again.
