Staff are friendly and helpful. Hot BF with good choices. One problem was that even though we asked for an accessible room on Expedia, the hotel did not know. They tried hard to find us an accessible room, and did bring us a shower chair. This has happened before with Expedia, Inhope you can correct this glitch.

Our room was on the 3rd floor so it was nice and quiet. The bed was very firm, which was uncomfortable for me but others may like it. The room was nice and the breakfast crew was able to keep up with the busy dining room so no one missed out on anything.
