We Enjoy The Convience of staying here.
The rooms are Always Comfortable. MOST of the People at the Check in desk are GREAT! When we get older. The ease of checking in and parking is a MUST. We Do NOT care for GuyF Food choices. So we have to go Elseware. Which is unhandy for us. But Council Bluffs has Plenty of GOOD Food Choices.

It was just an overnight stay to get out of the house. We have stayed here before and weren't disappointed. In fact I believe there has been some updating. Very nice.

Requested room to be cleaned and fresh towels daily since we were staying 5 days. Housekeeping failed to service 2 out of the 5 days without me having to call them and ask for clean towels and empty overflowing trash cans. The second time I had to call the manager had to bring us clean towels and empty trash. We were on vacation, didn't feel i needed to oversee that our room got serviced. Won't stay there again.
