The Canada Best Value Inn & Suites in Fernie isn’t fancy, but it had everything I needed. The rate was lower than most places in town and the location is great. I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel, and having breakfast included was a nice touch. My room also had a kitchenette, which made my stay much easier. On the downside, the property is quite outdated and could have been cleaner. Overall, it’s not luxurious, but it offered good value and comfort for the price.

We enjoyed our stay great value for the price. One thing you could do would be to have better lighting in the kitchen and sitting area it is very dark but this was a minor issue.

We had the suite which included a separate kitchen and bedroom. All the facilities were very good. However the living room and kitchen area was extremely dark and would really benefit from some additional lighting. The breakfast was also pretty good value for money

Good enough to put your head for the night. Kids enjoyed the pool which was warm however the hot tub was taken out and under construction. Rooms smelt of old smoke but that’s expected when staying in a motel from the 70’s. I’m usually super sensitive to this smell and I was able to handle it for the 12 hours we were there to sleep.

We knew by picking a cheaper option it would be cheap but we’re disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. It’s very run down and falling apart. Our room smelled like weed and people smoked weed all night long outside so the AC blew it inside our room.

Upon check in the front desk employee was not very friendly. Just said fill this out and this is your room. The room was large and clean. We were just travelling through so that was ok. T.v. was tiny and had volume troubles But again was only staying the.night I wanted a clean room and that is what i got.
