It’s ok. Old, rundown and the bed was really quite terrible, very soft. The location was great, walking distance to the main strip. Would only stay here again if there were no other options, which is how we ended up here

I only stayed one night, but everything went really well. The staff was really helpful and nice. The rooms and the hotel are old, but the rooms were clean and had all the amenities that I expected . The beds were comfortable and clean as well . My only suggestion is that guests that smoke in the room get charge extra, even though if they have left and paid; because it’s not easy to remove that smell out of the room. In my case, I could smell cigarette smell in my room. And it was a non-smoking room.

Pretty average, but decent enough

It was alright. The bed was squeeky, wall plugs were so loose that anything you plug in needs to have something propping it up, room was loud and really not too modern. Honestly, the stay wasnt bad. The room was clean, no bedbugs or anything, and breakfast wasnt too bad.

Great location loved the river close by had a nice walk but the disgusting part was when i stripped the sheets (which i always do) the mattress pad was full of shots so next time i will peel back first no matter where we stay

Our shower was broken, light switch near the sink was hidden. AC poorly caught up, even though not super hot. Staff vacant, on checkout, a sign. If you need an invoice leave a message with email. Still no invoice 2 weeks later. Good thing there was a bike wash station. So our muddy bikes got a rinse. Strange how it has 2 fully separated buildings.

We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor at the back of the building, which was quieter than being on the main drag and it was much appreciated. Overall, the room was in pretty good condition except the bathroom which was a little tired.

Check in was a nightmare, we showed up and the guy at the counter gave us attitude said we are an hour early. We could have left but he checked us in. Went to the room ot was disgusting looked like there was a fight in the room prior. Went back down he said get your bags out take this room. Ended up opening the door and it was already taken with other peoples things in it. Went back down he was super annoyed at me like it was my fault. Gave us another set of keys but it was the wrong room.. finally get our room... it was very dark and dingy. The shower head was for a child im 5"10 and had to bend my knees to get u der it. Plug ins shocked us all of them. They had an extention cord for the light between the beds but it was only a 2 plug socket and the light was a 3. So the ground plug was sticking outside the plus. Coffee machine in the room was filthy. Sheets hadnt been changed from the last guest still food in the bed. Air conditioner above the door was completely caked with black mold or wet dirt amd was leaking above the door. Everything including the pool looked run down and nasty. Breakfast was nothing ro speak of. Completely waste of money not worth anyones visit. Female cleaning staff was nice but the front desk guy was a complete and utter useless ignorant human.

The picture online did not represent the accommodation at all; it’s pretty much fraud. This motel is a dump: small under furnished room, cold dirty pool, hot tub & sauna not working. I would not chose this brand again and recommend others look elsewhere.
