Room wasn’t very clean. We stayed in the suite which was amazing in size and layout but the silicone around the tubs and shower was black and the vents and other areas were CAKED in dust. Would have needed a deep clean to get all the dust off. Wasn’t just dust that you could blow away. It hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The corners of the rooms were dirty. Needed a deep clean. The AC was also not working. It was 78 in the room and I could not get the AC to turn on. The pull out bed was also not great. Worse than any other pullout we have had at other places.

Was in a room facing the street and it was incredibly noisy and a lot of light coming in from the parking lot. Pillows were awful. It is a pet friendly hotel so did hear the occasional barking. The rooms could use a good clean, especially the bathrooms. Overall would not recommend.

Despite doing online check-in to “speed up” checking in, had to wait in line to get the room key anyway. The bed was a double not queen. Room stuffy but air conditioning was “turned off for the season”; was told to open a window but road work was being done outside so had noise, fumes and lights from crew. Hair in bathtub. Staff friendly.

Cranbrook Road-trip
Hotel was very clean. Our room faced the Main Street and was noisy. Upon inquiring about moving we were immediately relocated to an upgraded room at no charge. The staff were friendly, courteous and very helpful! Great place to stay❗️

Arrived in the Hotel, Lobby was immaculate, then you enter the room portion of the hotel and it's run down and in need of a total overall. The elevator was slow, there was only one ice machine. Only one option for onsite food and beverage and while I love Indian food, the entire lobby reeked of the smell. But the worst was the maintenance staff, I entered the room and noticed immediately that the fridge was not working (I'm diabetic and need to keep my meds cold), I texted the front desk and got an INSTANT RESPONSE that they would have maintenance team attend right away. I asked if I had to remain in the room and they said no and to go and have dinner, an hour and 45 min later I returned and no one had attended the fridge, so I texted again and got an IMMEDIATE ANSWER that the issue would be "escalated" and hour later, still nothing, so I texted again and received a LIGHTNING FAST RESPONSE that they would again "escalate" the issue. 4 hours later still nothing, it was then that I finally realized that I had been communicating with a CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPUTERIZED BOT and that no HUMAN was actually monitoring the issue. I went to sleep at midnight after filling the ice bucket from across the hotel, and placing my meds in there to keep cold. In the morning at check out, they MENTIONED NOTHING about the conversation I had with their "technology" and I left and will never return. I should have known that it was a crappy place, being that it is owned by Wyndham Hotels. !
