What I like was when I called to speak to guest hosts she was very quick to bring a fan as ac was broken . She was polite and very quick to assist.

There was nobody at the front desk for check in. The bath tub had hair in it. There was 1 small ac in the main bedroom & the rest of the place was very hot. They left us a list of things that had to be done before checkout. When I spend that much money they should be able to take the garbage out.

Our unit did not have air conditioning and it was really hot at night making it difficult to sleep. The small fans were hard to get working. There was a Ping pong table but the only ball supplied was broken and unusable.

Amazing location, walking distance to the ski hill. The unit was well stocked with everything you need to be comfortable (no paper towels though). We stayed at the Juniper Lodge and went to the hot tub, opted out as it was only luke warm. The other thing I could suggest is a couple of robes in the room instead of tiny pool towels.

Property was in a great place. Check in process was a bit hectic as an email was supposed to have been sent. Volume didn’t work in the remote, the door handle to the deck wasn’t functional. T was a nicely appointed space and we enjoyed the stay.

Very nice facility with a heated outdoor pool and hot tub…which was greatly appreciated after a day of skiing

The couch barely functions as a couch. As a bed, it is hideous. You could ski the bumps at Fernie or sleep on them on the fold out bed

The condo was large with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The condo was warm with no central air and the condo and rug was dated but clean and well maintained for its age.

The check in process was very easy. The room itself was extremely clean and very well laid out with everything you needed from coffee to swim towels provided. The pool / hottub were amazing. Community BBQ's were clean and well maintained. One small issue was the air conditioner was not working so it was a little warm but all in all very good.
