It took 30 minutes to get warm water running. I took a very cold shower the first night we got there! Lesson learned. It gets cold up there I get it. 45 for hot. Nothing was open on the Mountain. Would’ve been nice to know that prior to booking. Still overall experience was legit. If you haven’t been before… don’t come! It’s a secret spot! I will be back soon!

Any request to the front desk was not accommodated during our stay here. Basically the room and bathroom is all you get and anything you ask in addition will not be granted. The check-in and check-out process was painful as the front door of the hotel is not accessible and you have to bring stuff in from the back door which is small. It was an effort getting the cart from the front door and bringing it to the back door and then bring all your luggage in and no help was provided from hotel staff during this process. The parking was not easily available as well. The telephone in the room didn't work so you cannot call the front desk if needed. I had to call from my cellphone. It feels like the hotel staff does not offer all the listed services unless it is a peak season. Other than that the property has really nice surroundings and the views were great. The room and bathroom were neat and clean and that's the thing that stood out.

Such a pretty area and great hotel. Large room and the jetted tub was awesome after long travels. The only thing was we stayed in off season so no breakfast available. I would give 5 stars if had breakfast even during off season.
