We were too close to the convention area so was a little nosier early in the evening. It did quiet down so that we were able to get a good nights sleep.

The staff was friendly. The pool area was like a sauna. The bar/restaurant food was good. The hotel room was nice and clean. I only saw 2 things wrong: I continued to see dry dog poop on the main stairway, and the guest laundry had not been cleaned after a road construction crew was there.

We stayed here to attend a concert in Grand Forks. The cost was good and there’s a Walmart right next door! Breakfast was just ok. The sports bar was closed so that was disappointing! They did not have a reservation for us which was confirmed through Expedia so I’m not sure if I will book through Expedia again. Luckily they had an extra room available.

The continental breakfast was horrible. I went back 3 times to the area and they were out of food all times. The coffee was unavailable, machine was broken and they supplied some but was always empty. We were looking forward to being able to eat then leave- we ended up going to McDonalds to get breakfast. The plus side, the rooms smelled great and the beds were comfy- not sure we would choose this hotel again. The staff was limited and had to wait a long time before someone showed up to check in.

Adequate and clean
The room and overall hotel condition were average. We felt that it was clean and comfortable and a good fit for a quick night stay on our way through. We appreciated the breakfast which included eggs and sausage as well as the other Continental items typical of a breakfast. We wished that our door to the pool would open, but those are permanently locked shut. The pool was clean. No exercise room. Beds and pillows clean and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Our door was old and scraped the frame when opened and closed; I am a home inspector.

The hotel is one of very few in the vicinity and my nieces and I were in the area to attend a family funeral. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had adjoining rooms, which made it more pleasant. There was no maid service, although a sign in the bathroom suggested there would be by stating that if you wanted the towels replaced to place them in the bathtub. Adequate facilities for the price.
