It was really pretty! They handled all our issues quickly. Staff was great! Lots of amenities but no room service or free breakfast. Which we didn’t care we were gone all day till late. It was Off the beaten path so no crazy traffic! 14 minutes from downtown! Secure parking! Hoping they didn’t charge me for it. Charges for everything in Nashville!

The property was well maintained. It was a nice hotel. Booked a room for 3 and we got a king and a “couch” not made for sleeping. no extra bedding. We had 2 towels for 3 people. The desk did send extra up only after asking. They had no additional pillows for the couch. Staff was very absent every time we went to the desk or tried calling. Vending machines didn’t work either.

As i was ironing a dress, the ironing board dropped to the floor, the iron went tumbling and as i was trying to keep from getting burned i slipped on the ironing board, fell and hurt myself pretty bad. How does an ironing board break and drop to the floor?

Beautiful hotel close to many hotspots
Our stay was perfect. The room was comfortable and we were surprised by the balcony. We were able to enjoy a thunderstorm relaxing on the balcony. The bar was very nice and the lounge was a nice place to have dinner. The staff was limited so I would suggest beefing that up a bit. The food service had a few hiccups so I would make sure that the servers write down orders instead of trying to remember them and having guests return food that was not served as it was ordered. Allergy concerns should be a top priority when taking orders. Outside of that...it was a wonderful stay and I will most likely make this my hotel of choice for future visits.

Bait and switch.
Went to participate in Nashcon. Nashcon advertized that parking was free. It was not. I was charged $40 for 2 nights parking. Staff said it was because my reservation was not part of the convention block (which sold out). However, gates were open and people staying at other hotels were able to park for free.

The hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly.and the room was very clean. As for a dislike. The only issue I have has to do with the shuttle to the airport. We used them twice in the last month. The first time I had a group of about 12 people with me. The shuttles start running at 4 am. My whole group was there waiting on the shuttle before 4 we were the first there. In line. However when the shuttle stating running my group was denied entry on board because flight staff was was put ahead of us. Now i totally get they need to get there to the airport. And i also understand that they have a contract with the hotel. But this should not change the fact that you dont feel the shuttle up completely especially when you have people waiting ( was there first remind you) to get to the airport to catch a flight. If you are going to cater to the flight staff then you should have a shuttle specifically for them but then have one for quest who are paying individuals as well. When we going through this with them i did higlight the unfairness this was 3 in my part had to take an uber to get the airport which cost them more money. Eventuthey let the rest get on the next shuttle with flight staff. After getting to the airport the driver did apologize about the situation and agreed it needed to be a better way of making it fair. So fast foward to this next trip. Since it was just me and my wife we came down around 4:30 instead of 4 like last time. And this time we were able to board the shutt
