This is the best hotel in the area, but it doesn't make it a good hotel. The rooms are outdated and the bathtub creaked like it was going to fall through the floor at any moment. The staff was friendly...this time. We've stayed in the past where that was not the case. And don't ask for extra pillows, apparently that's against policy.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. They staff is friendly and professional. All of our needs were met cheerfully. The hotel is very clean and quiet. This is definitely my go to when I visit family in Crossett.
