Large villa 45 minutes from Disneyland. Maison de Maître built in 1850, half-timbered architecture, ideal for a family reunion. A charming property in a small village with a unique and remarkable heritage (keep, church, fountain). Every year, black martins come here to nest from May to August. Accessible from Paris by train (line P from Gare de l'Est), a 1-hour journey, the station is a 10-minute walk from the house. Private parking for 5 cars This house comprises a ground floor accessed by a 6-step staircase and two upper floors. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, large living room, dining room, WC. 1st floor: 4 bedrooms with double beds, shower room, WC 2 nd floor: 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with two double beds and a cot, 1 bathroom, WC, large games room. Outside: Swimming pool 9m50x4mx1m50 with adjoining outdoor shower room, swings, slide, trampoline, table tennis. This gite was classified on 13/05/2024, following this classification the tourist tax is 2€60 per adult per night. Bed linen, towels and napkins are provided. Bring your own towels for the swimming pool. The entire house is accessible, with the exception of 2 cellars. The owners are on site in a secluded outbuilding with independent access. At the beginning of your stay, we will set up a schedule for the maintenance of the swimming pool and garden. (Maximum 3 visits per week).
