I Had a Great Time

Everything inside the hotel was great! However, after the big snowfall in Saskatoon, the hotel management failed bad! The parking lot was poorly plowed. Ruts and ice everywhere and the area outside the front had mounds of ice where the shuttle van loads, and unloads. We had to unload our own luggage. All of the staff were very friendly and professional.

The heater in the room didn’t work well, was cold most of the night. Two out of the four pillows were in rough shape. There was only two towels for my husband and I and one face cloth, we had to share. Finding a plug in that worked was a difficult task.
