Don't rent this place.
Very poor condition. Needs thorough cleaning. Needs lots of maintenance. Very old and run down. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Overall it was disappointing
House is old and dirty we need clean by ourselves .Smelly beds and couch with small insects , specially downstairs dank and musty without screen windows , wash machine is dirty and very old , oven took ages to warm up , backyard is messy no space for dogs and kids playing , overall not happy experience for that much money paid .

The house is in a great location for beach, shops and cafes. Property disappointing for price.
On entry to property some initial maintenance work was required which was dealt with promptly by property management. A large spacious house in great location to beach, shops and cafes however the cleanliness of the property was substandard for the price of the letting. We dealt with this issue ourselves and our large group and pets enjoyed a wonderful time at Culburra.

This is a great place to stay for a week's holiday. Close to the flagged beaches, a very quiet area and easy access to shopping and coffee!

Great location and space and would go again
All in all I would recommend. I think given the amount the property charges for cleaning they could do a bit better, I won't go into the details as I prefer to just get on with my holidays when on holidays, so I just took care of the issues myself. I'm sure the property manager would have addressed the issues had I raised them, but I guess my point is that for the cost of the property and other fees - I shouldn't need to, so I am disappointed at that. I suggested the owner purchased a clothes dryer and ironing board.
