The person at the check in was very rude. The room was clean but an hour after arriving there was bed bugs all over the bed. I showed the manager and was given another room, but it was the same. I checked out and he refused to give me any money back. Don't stay there!

IT was terrible we had to let the water run for 20 min before it got hot the tv wasn’t working myself and the front desk cleark in night shift finally got the tv to work and finally got hot water she spoke with the manager and they wouldn’t let her swap out room I was told by the night shift cleaner that the manager on first shift would give us a discount when we checked out spoke to the manager at check out and she refused to give us a discount because we got the tv to work and finally got hot water after 20 min of running I would t recommend this place to anyone

Stopover to Florida
The hotel was clean. We wanted on the first floor so we switched to a queen. The rooms are small. Not a fan of the 100$ incidental fee which isn't reimbursed until after you check out and they make sure you have not damaged anything. Have to wait a few days for that credit to appear. The clerk at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. She helped with our tv and provided helpful dinner options. It is right off the highway so very
