Stay away from this place!

Dirty, dirty, dirty and more dirt. Pure filth to include ceilings, bathroom walls, carpet (gross & sticky), dresser drawers, and bed skirts. Dust everywhere, also had garbage (cigarette) under the bag in the garbage can. Disgusting room! Went to the restaurant, twice only to grab some morning coffee. Both days, Sat/Sun they were out. Tried to take a plate of food to go but was told I couldn't. I offered to pay but was still denied. Okay, hotel rules, I guess. Went to the bar around 9:45PM Saturday night, was told they close at 10:00PM. I ordered one drink and consumed it rather quickly. A couple, assuming they were friends of the bartender were given drinks and allowed to stay, as I was politely asked to leave. Only saving grace was talking to the morning front desk employee. She was very polite, pleasant and a breath of fresh air to a stinky and disgusting hotel!

Not the newest place, but can’t beat the location, price, and the weekend breakfasts are pretty good too. We didn’t use the pool, but families were and it was clean and looked nice.

Although I didn't use it, the pool area and courtyard are very nice. The rooms are...eh. My room smelled like bleach (at least I know it was cleaned), and my parent's room smelled musty. The tub has ingrained dirt on the bottom and the shower curtain was shredded. It wasn't terrible. I just kept in mind that you get what you pay for. I was looking for a budget room and that's what I got.

The hotel was clean. The pool looked very nice, although we did not use it. They are doing a lot of renovations, but it was quiet during the weekend while we were there.

I did not like the fact that there was no easy access to get luggage to my room.I am a 75 year old woman and I had to lug my luggage up 5 steps and believe me, I looked after a 10 p.m. check in!! Same leaving.

Very disappointing stay

For the rate of this room and the condition of the room, i feel i should get half my money back. Dirty spotted bedding that forced me and my wife to go to Walmart and purchase 2 king comforter sets to sleep on the beds. Very outdated room which wasnt very clean. Found an old Walmart bag shoved behind the microwave. The bathroom floor in the corners had dirt built up, the front door had spider webs on the hinge. I have pictures of all the things I pointed out above. I was a cook in the army who got cleanliness next to godliness shoved down my throat, that room fell far short of that remark. The breakfast buffet was good not great which was the best thing about our stay. Please feel free to contact me regarding this @ 757-788-6767, i can forward the pictures as well. If my daughter wasn't getting married i wouldn't have stayed once seeing the room but i had no other option so we reluctantly stayed. It wont let me upload my pictures but if you contact me I will be glad to get them to you.

The carpet could use a good cleaning. There was some sort of white spot next to the bed. The bed top cover had a hole and looked like it had old grease spots on it from someone who once worked on a car and put their hands on it. The bathroom was the most fresh room which was nice. The staff were all very nice and helpful.
