The dining area and reception look great, and clean. The room, walls and corridor leading up to the rooms look like a cheap motel, dirty, broken, chipped paint. The place looks neglected.

Atendente na chegada foi extremamente rude e desagradável. O quarto tinha cabelos dentro do box do banheiro e as cobertas tinham sujeira. Sinceramente, a forma como fomos atendidos foi decepcionante. Viajo direto e fazia muito tempo que não havia sido tratado com tanta rudeza como fui, especialmente em Curitiba. A limpeza também decepcionou

Noicy room. Wifi was not really fast. Worst was the restaurant. I order a dish with rice and I never got it. I asked about it and the lady working there just laughed. Horrible service. Terrible experience. Stay away!

Simplesmente ficamos sem água nas instalações, por horas. Sem poder usar pia, chuveiro ou pricada, porque não havia água no bloco de apartamentos. E estávamos com crianças, como ter uma boa estadia? Como recomendar?
