Treated like a criminal
I reserved this room for my daughter who lives in Curitiba but needed to leave the house she shares with my son because of COVID. My wife and I live in the US. There was a problem with paying with my international card, for whatever reason. Plus it was on the weekend so it took some time to try and resolve it. I've never paid for a hotel room up front, but they were insisting her to pay. It seems this was some type of bordello for locals. Who would have thought. Besides the point. So they treated my daughter poorly. The problem is my bank saw them making attempts but for no value amount. According to them they kept entering $0. It doesn't matter, staff treated my daughter poorly, like a prostitute. Asking her a bunch of personal questions that are none of their business. So, I transferred money by Western Union to her and she left prior to the end of her stay. I found another hotel slightly more expensive that wasn't a bordello and paid Hotel.com. Which I thought I did in the first place but must of clicked the wrong response. Unless you're looking for somewhere cheap to pay by the hour? Find somewhere else to stay.

O Chuveiro deixou a desejar, muito pouca agua, tive que desentupir para melhorar, tinha um pino para não deixar a porta bater no armário, más ficava bem na frente do guarda roupas, podendo causar acidentes.

Cara simplesmente ferrou a minha noite. Eu só iria dormir. E tomar o café da manhã no dia seguinte. Porém ao chegar no quarto: as paredes todas mofadas. A cama cheia de pulgas. Os travesseiros não são trocados a uns 10 anos e fediam chulé. O banheiro antigo é antiquado. O chuveiro não saia água direito e as vezes parava. Horrível. Me senti lesado.

Gostei da minha estadia no hotel, meu quarto tinha uma vista linda para o Santuário de Guadalupe. O quarto e banheiro estavam bem limpos. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Custo benefício muito bom.

A Acustica no geral é um pouco ruim mas tambem depende muito de outros hospedes fazerem mais silencio em alguns horarios e nos corredores principalmente, fora isso muito Bom, recomendo e volto mais vezes.

Quarto bem pequeno, banheiro horrível, chuveiro com 6 gotas dagua, impossível tomar um banho. Não tem ar condicionado, somente ventilador de teto que estava quase caindo e não pode ser ligado. Lençóis e toalhas limpos mas fronha encardida. Não tem elevador, então pessoas com mobilidade reduzida devem ter cuidado. São 4 andares. Café da manhã Ok.
