I check in at midnight after long day of travel and check out was at noon. Upon my arrival I request 1h more on my check out.. they say was ok. Then at my check out they want $ fee of another stay for 1h late checkout. Also, the room has 1 very small towel and a terrible mattress.

Nice hotel in the city center.

It is a good hotel, the room is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied. The location is perfect for touring the center of the city, to know the shops and to take the tourist bus you only walk half a block.

Horrível

Nunca me hospedei em um hotel tão sujo e sem conforto como esse. Roupa de cama, toalha e cobertores de péssima qualidade, banheiro muito sujo e papel higiênico péssimo. Recepção suja e muito feia, corredores e quarto muito sujo. A experiência foi horrível, desconfortável e não recomendo.
