"Parece o Continental do John Wick" meu filho.
Excelente hotel. Sempre que vou a Curitiba fico por lá. Única coisa desta vez é que a descarga estragou, estava meio velho o botão.

Hospedagem boa, funcionários bem agradáveis e educados. Chegamos um pouco antes do horário do checkin e a funcionária Luciane muito simpática, verificou se o apartamento já estava disponível e já liberou nossa entrada. Fica aqui o nosso agradecimento a excelente funcionária. Localização do hotel muito boa, quem tem disponibilidade para caminhar fica próximo do mercado municipal, museu ferroviário e outros pontos turísticos da cidade. Café da manhã muito bom, com uma variedade de frutas, pães, bolos, etc. O hotel é antigo, mas atende as normas de limpeza e segurança.

Os atendes precisam de treinamento e saber informações sobre a região ao em torno do hotel. O telefone do quarto não funcionava, nenhuma luz do quarto funcionava sem o cartão e tbm não tinha opção de desligar a luz de entrada do quarto, durante a noite pra dormir sem luz tinha que tirar o cartão, mas daí vc não tinha nem a luz do banheiro funcionando.

O lugar ja foi melhor mas com o calor que estava o ar condicionado parecia um ventilador, a limpeza do quarto deija a desejar pois tinha cabelo e sujeira no chao e nos cantos de todo o quarto e banheiro, o cafe da manha sem variedades de opções e o lugar estava lotado com so dois elevadores para uma multidao de pessoas na hora do cafe da manhã

O Master tem preço bom mas precisa melhorar em termos de recepção e também de cuidado. Fui acordado muito cedo com obras. Obras em hotéis devem ser feitas somente no turno da tarde, por respeito aos hóspedes. Em outro momento esqueci um carregador. Jamais fui avisado e quando precisei, foi um parto para me enviarem. Me parece falta de controle e gestâo na unidade Ctba. Fico nas unidades PoA e sou melhor recebido. Gostaria de voltar, por isso tento ajudar com esses relatos.

muito ruim o atendimento em geral
tive probelma com voo para chegar.. tentei contato com hotel, mas nenhum dos numeros anunciados alguem atendia. Qdo cheguei um dia depois, tive que pagar todas as diarias mesmo as que nao usei. E o atendente simplesmente a resposta que tinha perdido. Acho que nao é assim, deveriam me ter cobrado uma diaria a menos, ou me dado uma diaria a mais no final
