The property was well kept. Check in was easy, the room was large with high ceilings and a ceiling fan. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful pier and gazebo in which to watch the beautiful sunsets. Staff did whatever they could to be sure the guests had everything they need.

Perfect and affordable mini weekend getaway!

The family loved the view of the sound from all the great windows! We were close to many short trip attractions including Dismal Swamp State park, Corolla and the wild horses, Duck, and Manteo! We have never been to this part of the state..will be back!

Our family (kids 11 and 8 yrs) had a wonderful time. Can’t beat the location or view of the beach. 2 mile walk to town, if you bike, it would take you 10 min. The place was very clean. My kids loved the game room and being able to walk right out to the beach. They were disappointed the pool was under construction, but it is the off season. I appreciated a free laundry facility and having simple kitchen supplies. The place it dated, but it’s like visiting your grandma. If you do have any issues with mobility or have babies you have to carry, I can see where getting up to the condos and to the beach would be an issue. We had a 10/10 time and plan to be back next year.

Really nice property, only reason I did not rate excellent for all is that they are on the tail end of renovating the property. The only negative is that the main doors are not locked and anyone can walk in, it appears they have it set up for key cards to be swiped to enter but during my stay, I never had to use as the doors were always unlocked an open, which I did not like.Other than that, it is a very nice place to stay and has great amenities available.

Our stay was short, but we enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very friendly and inviting, thank you. Breakfast variety was wonderful.
