Here’s a polished version of your review: Review for Wyndham Costa del Sol, Cusco Absolutely the best hotel experience in Cusco! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptional. They greeted us right at the car, and the front desk team was incredibly welcoming and sweet. We had made this reservation just minutes before checking in, as we had decided to leave another well-known American brand hotel early due to numerous issues. The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Understanding our previous experience at the other hotel, the staff upgraded us to a suite without us even requesting it—a gesture that made our stay all the more special. My only regret is not booking this hotel from the start and having more time to enjoy it.

I stayed 3 night here, the room was dark with no windows, i didn't bother to switch rooms since i'm always outdoor anyhow, if you have claustrophobia highly recommend to ask not to put you on 1st floor, the staff where very nice, the hotel is a few min away from plaza de armas and other shops, i would recommend this place to stay.

The hotel has an excellent location, near to Plaza Mayor and close to a host of various restaurants. Its buffet is one of the best I've had. But also in deference to those starting an esrly tour to Machu Pichu, it opens breakfast at 4am thru 10am. Staff was super friendly and always available. Music was part of our dinners. Rooms were nice and clean. Loved the welcome Pisco Sour. Really a top shelf hotel!!

We arrived closer to 10 pm and the rooms and staff were not waiting for us. They messed up the names who stays in which room too. They couldn't offer food either till breakfast. The electric outlet is not safe, it gave sparks and the chargers are hanging out from the outlets and look unsafe. The building is nice and old, historic.
