My hotel stay in Cusco, Peru
This was a very nice hotel in a good location. The room was spacious and very clean! My friend and I loved the breakfast buffet which was included in the price!

Sonesta was convenient to everything in Cusco. People at the hotel were very helpful; very responsive to my questions before arrival. Also, liked that they offered van service to/from airport. Breakfast buffet was fabulous (and was included in our rate) and enjoyed dinner menu as well. Highly recommend hotel if staying in Cusco.

Overall a pretty good stay here. From start the finish staff were extremely accommodating and courteous and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. Hands down definitely one of the best bfast buffets I’ve ever had inclusive with a room reservation.

Sonesta was located on a lovely street that was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. The free shuttle and breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was close to everything that we want to see, we ask for a taxi to going to the bus station and no one told us , that the bus station is 300 ft from the hotel

Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. Very close to train station. This is a 3 star by global standards and 4 star by Cusco standards. No complains. Walls are a little thin so there is some noise but it dies down by 10pm. Overall wouldn’t mind staying again
