We loved staying here, the open air courtyard was fantastic, it was easy for us to walk to the historical area and to catch a cab if we needed one. The staff were awesome, very friendly, super helpful! We loved the ambience of the hotel! There are times when it is a little noisy, but easily fixed with ear plugs. We wanted an experience that was Cusco, not the everyday "brand name" that we could have in the US. We would come back and stay here again. Thank you Union hotel Cusco for some a fun and memorable stay!

We didn't enjoy the food, the sausages were cheap and eggs cooked poorly you'd think it's not that hard to make them. Rooms were clean. Staff on the reception messed up the amounts to be paid and asked to come again and pay the rest. There is a cute alpaca in the yard but there is also the smell

I loved how close the property was to San Pedro market and the train station there. The staff was kind and accommodating as I was getting checked in and checked out. Kiki the llama in the courtyard is also a highlight of the hotel. Unfortunately, I got an upset stomach when drinking the water they provided in the room in a pitcher. If not for that, I would give this property 5 stars.
