Great breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon and french toast, next day was pancakes, sausage and cheese omelettes. Room was big, plenty of counter space in bathroom. Tv was a pain to operate. No elevator wss minor inconvenience.

Friendly staff. Parking available. Room was clean with the exception of the night stand that had a weird white lotion/grease left over, luckily I had sanitizer wipes and I cleaned that up. There was also one pillow stain with some brown stains. Planty of food options around the hotel. Super close to Custer.

Stayed in the hotel for a day while visiting Mt Rushmore and Custer State Park. I just wish every hotel had google tv like this one. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was good and many options. Only complain was that there were a couple of bugs in the room maybe because it is on the ground floor. Room was otherwise clean and well kept.

I was charged for a 2 day stay after trying to cancel my reservation for 2 days prior to my stay. I also purchased Hotel Booking Protection through Expedia and it's horrible how this protection works!! I will NEVER purchase protection again. They have 20 reasons why you can cancel and you have to have a Doctors note or if your pet is the reason for the cancellation you have to have a vet visit note prior to cancellation which is almost impossible when you are on the road and not at your home. Best Western did not try to help me at all!!! I did not use the room and they did not offer a voucher or any options. I was out $300 and they did not need to clean the rooms, towels, or the use of their breakfast services!!! So disappointed on how this was handled. The lady at the front desk also handled this concern in an unprofessional manner.
