The staff were very friendly and helpful and could assist with all enquires. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained everything felt really clean. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and with options to suit everyone. I utilised the laundry service here which was roughly a 5 hour turn around and extremely affordable and handy. The gym and pool facilities were fantastic with good views. My only two notes would be - there is a fair bit of construction going on in the area so can be noisy at times. The spa was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend. Overall an 8.5/10 stay

Housekeeping services was poor, the room was totally different in the photos when I booked it,it was outdated and needs a renovation, the water temperature changes when you take a shower, it gets to hoot in the middle of night, the thermostat was on timer, feels like we’re inside the oven, the receptionist was having language barrier problem we kept complaining, but nobody’s responding, towels was only 2 sets for 4 people, our stay was not comfortable and we are not happy, buffet was good that’s the only thing we enjoyed otherwise it was a disaster. Will not comeback here anymore.

Staff was extremely polite and friendly. Helen and Bobby were top notch. Room was large with view of the ocean. In someways- not as modern but very clean. The breakfast was absolutely the best buffet at a hotel we have encountered. Great variety and clean. Afternoon tea was very nice and added to the experience.

Very good value for money - one of the best in its price range. Located in a prime location close to the beach, shops, restaurants. There're some negative points that could be easily addressed: - No umbrellas provided - No iron/ironing board provided - The bathroom floor outside the shower cubicle became wet whenever the shower was used. - Aircond thermal sensor seemed to trip off easily (twice in our 4-night stay) Other than those points, it's a great hotel in its price brackets with very friendly, helpful & accommodating staff. - Good breakfast (a number of dishes changed daily) - Good, spacious bedroom with very good bedding - Good swimming pool - Small gym with cardio equipment & some free weights - OK afternoon tea - Good view from rooftop bar / pool

This is a very clean and comfortable property and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Bobby the manager was great. Only criticism is the quality of the breakfast from an English point of view. But overall I would recommend this hotel in an excellent area near the beach.
