Bienvenue to Beau Lac by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin! This GORGEOUS Lake Martin home is a showstopper! Beau Lac is MAGNIFIQUE and sleeps 18 people comfortably and has a beautiful French inspired kitchen that would please even the likes of Marie Antoinette! Once you step into the French doors, you are greeted with amazing hardwood floors and a sneak peek view of the lake in a deep-water cove that is perfect for floating or fishing. On the main level, there is a queen bedroom, a full-sized bathroom with a combination tub & shower, and a bedroom with 2 double beds. Enter the living room with vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen with a large island and bar with seating for 4, and one of two ice machines. There is also a king-sized sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The large dining area is just off the kitchen to enjoy your meals while taking in the lake view. Just off the living room is the King master bedroom with and ensuite bathroom that has a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

Upstairs has an amazing floor plan with even more sleeping space! The TV room has 2 queen size beds, a queen size sofa bed, and a bunk room with two twin beds and a Pac Man video game console. This home grants you access to the double garage for extra parking that houses fishing poles, 2 kayaks, and a paddle board for your use.

Outside, the porch area is to DIE for with plenty of outdoor seating, a dining table, gas grill, and an extra ice machine with a sink area to clean those fish you caught! There is a lawn perfect for a game of cornhole and a seating area just at the water's edge. You may tie up a boat at the dock and use the jet ski port should you decide to bring them with you! This home is located off of Centerport Road and is close to Chuck's Marina and Union Boat Ramp for your convenience. Family Vacay
This house was perfect for our family to come stay and enjoy the lake! The house was stocked with everything we needed- we even found a smores maker! The back balcony was very relaxing, comfy chairs and an amazing view of the lake. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay at Lake Martin.
