Didn’t even get to hotel ! Flight cancelled to Dalaman & not much flexibility from hotel or Expedia !! Ended up staying in same hotel chain in Izmir but no credit or refunds for Dalaman Hotel !

Brand new property very close to Dalaman airport. Staff is very nice and courteous, phenomenal environment. Pool and just great hotel rooms are nice clean and modern. I forgot seal my clothes. The hotel stuff contacted me and will ship it to me. You will not get from any other hotel in the US or any other country.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi, ancak havuz ve bar hizmetleri oldukça vasattı. Bir patates kızartmasını bile 1,5 saatte yaptılar ve yağ içindeydi. Bununla beraber otelden çıkış yapılırken bizim yemediğimiz bir çok siparişin ücretini bizden istediler, neyseki biz aldıklarımızı özellikle belirtince adisyonu iptal edip, bir yanlışlık oldu sanırım deyip düzeltme sağladılar. Ancak adisyon detayını bakmadan çıkışta ödeme yapsanız başka hesapları da size kitleyebilirler. Onun haricinde özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar oldukça yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydı. Onlara destekleri için teşekkür ederiz.
