The room was fantastic and the cleaning service was very good. The breakfast and main buffet meals were very good. Swimming pool was very good. The bar was shocking. Staff didn’t understand what people wanted to drink. Very expensive and always empty. The 2 restaurants that were in the hotel were awful. Very expensive. Rubbish food and very rude staff. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Very nice hotel with large and comfortable rooms. Free bottle water everyday. Pretty views from the high floors. If the guests can adjust the room temperature to a comfortable level, it would make my stay a pleasant one.

Fast check in, and upgrade my room when I asked for quite and higher level. Hotel is located in the city centre, very convenient . Room is spacious, nice tub. This hotel is not brand new hotel but the quality is beyond the price. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and stay again next time.

Old building and furniture. The worst reception I’ve gotten in any hotel. I ordered shrimp ceaser salad and the shrimp was raw. I ordered spaghetti bolognese that stinks.The lady at the reception was rude and probably was swearing in her language. I must return to the city and I will book in a serviced apartment.

Won’t be back!
This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel for business! Firstly I booked my hotel over a month before my arrival! Only to find out that they only had smoking rooms available. Because I don’t smoke this is not an option! I had to wait 2 hours to get a room which they said was an upgrade! It wasn’t. The aircon didn’t work in the main part of the room only the bathroom! The overall room smells terrible! The internet drops constantly so you can’t work properly on your lap top! The hotel it’s self I felt had really gone down hill in the last 6 months since my 1st stay! I won’t be coming back for business and have already searched other options! The only plus is the breakfast.
