This hotel is in a good location, has really comfortable beds, has a pool table and bar, very clean, and polite staff. The only negative is that the shower is in an open area, there is no privacy. At least the toilet does have a door to make it private.

Tv and Bluetooth speaker didn’t work, wasn’t aware there wasn’t housekeeping until after we checked in, bed was hard, pillows way too soft and covers were awkward. Worst of all the doors kept slamming all night, tons of noise, and we were woken up at 5:30am to a loud knock on our door. Worrying if someone is breaking into your room all night is not a relaxing experience. Won’t stay here again.

Forget requesting a shuttle. I waited over an hour for it! Given the size of the airport, I get it takes a while and maybe the driver was new, but after a long day and a cancelled flight, it was the last thing I needed. The bartender is fantastic - can’t quite remember his name.

Trendy hotel near DFW
I was stranded at DFW and was able to get a last minute room at this property, which included shuttle service to the hotel. The staff was helpful, the property was very trendy. I was sad that I was too tired to enjoy it!
