Let’s take a closer look around your gorgeous temporary home. Situated on a corner lot, the grand brick exterior set behind a sprawling front lawn welcomes you. You’ll be able to park your cars in the 3 car garage away from the sun. As you step inside, you’ll be in awe of the expansive interior filled with many upgrades. There is tons of space, great flow from room to room, and lots of large windows, all combining to lend a bright and airy atmosphere. You will definitely notice the attention to detail that has gone into this home, including the beautiful architectural finishes, great lighting fixtures, and gorgeous interior design!
You’ll have not one but two huge living areas with comfy furniture to relax on by the fireplaces. Accented by fun décor, there are great pops of color adding tons of visual interest. You can gather in either of these spaces as a group to enjoy some quality time together. On top of the two living rooms, you’ll even have a game room with a pool table and fun seating. There are so many great spots to hang out in this home!

When you get hungry, the gorgeous and spacious kitchen is ready with everything you need to enjoy a great meal. You’ll love spending time in this gourmet kitchen whether you’re preparing a fresh meal or just unpacking your delicious local takeout. The space is very open with an island, lots of counterspace, and built-in appliances. You’ll also have a separate wet bar with a built-in wine fridge. To enjoy your meals, there is a beautiful dining room at the front of the home with a long table everyone can sit around. Or you can also eat in the breakfast area right beside the kitchen or at the barstools by the counter. And let's not forget about the stand-alone office where you can slip away, shut the door and get some work done using the in-home Wifi! This room has an adjustable height desk, two monitors, a station for laptop and a printer. Everything you could ask for if you need to work remotely.

With 5 roomy bedrooms, your whole group will have enough space to comfortably spread out. In addition to the master bedroom, there is a second king bedroom, also with its own en-suite bath. The Neighborhood:
Your vacation home is located in the Spring Park Meadows neighborhood of Richardson, Texas, home to the University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor. Richardson is known for being culturally diverse, so you’ll be near multiple restaurants to satisfy your cravings for different types of cuisine, such as Tex-Mex, tacos, burgers, barbecue, sushi, Mediterranean, seafood, and Chinese. You’ll have several stores nearby to buy essentials and groceries, like Target, which is only 8 minutes away. You will also be very close (only 6 minutes) to City line DFW with dining and entertainment, concerts and events, parks and trails, Whole Foods and Starbucks. You will have easy access to two major highways (75 and PGBT). And you’ll be conveniently close to DFW airport, Dallas Love Field airport and exciting downtown Dallas — all just about 25 minutes away!

While you’ll definitely want to check out the many attractions in Dallas, there’s plenty to see and do right here in Richardson. The Dr. Pepper StarCenter ice rink is located 15 minutes away; Sherrill Park Golf Course and the Eisemann Center, which hosts symphonies and musical theatre performances, are both just 5 minutes away. You’ll be a 10-minute drive from our popular Chinatown featuring authentic Chinese food, shops, and specialty grocery stores. If you’re interested in shopping, you can find amazing deals at Allen Premium Outlets 20 minutes away or head to The Galleria Dallas or NorthPark Center - these high-end shopping centers are both about 15 minutes away.

If you’re with kids, they’ll have a blast at Adventure Landing playing mini-golf, laser tag, and bumper boats. They can also race go karts and play in the arcade. The Richardson Food Truck Park is one of our most unique attractions featuring mouth-watering street food from the best food trucks in the Dallas area. There will be a food option that appeals to every member of your group, just be sure to check the schedule to see which trucks will be there on a particular day.

Finally, the city has several amazing parks you absolutely must check out and 3 of them are under 15 minutes away from home. A favorite among the locals is Cottonwood Park, the perfect spot to spend a sunny afternoon. It features a charming duck pond and is known for hosting art festivals throughout the year, so be sure to check out the local listings to see what’s on during your visit. Prairie Creek Park is known for its scenic landscapes and vibrant flowers and plants. It also features a gorgeous waterfall right in the center of the park, the perfect spot to take some amazing pictures. Last, but not least, Spring Creek Trail and Spring Creek Nature Center can be found in lush woodland just outside of Richardson. It’s the ideal spot to find some peace and solitude. Perfect for walking, biking, or hiking, there are over 5 miles of trails to take in the tranquil scenery.
