Shabby Door mat in lobby was first indicator. Broken phone and missing hair dryer would have been ok. But the next morning the shower had no hot water. They moved us to another room for the next three nights. It was fine.

Clean over all but old, the bathroom needs professional caulking inside and outside of tub with a whole re do. It was clean to it's best ability.The lounger chair was very old and worn out. The breakfast was great.. The front desk girl wasn't that friendly at check in or when I passed back by the front desk I smiled she looked at me with a weird look and continued to put her face in her phone.

King room was plenty big and clean. Shower was clean and hot. The desk clerk gave me room on 5th floor. Noise of AC fan was 49 db (high). Noise from adjacent intersections was also high. Parking lot was sufficient and able to get a space close to building. I wanted to be close to DAL and this met that requirement. Standard breakfast was 2-3 stars. A taqueria behind the building was a better choice.
