They messed up my name to another person. They gave my room to another individual, thought someone took my identity but it was resolved. But my experience in this hotel is not good overall. The good thing is the location. It’s situated in nice restaurants around and walking distance to my office. But I won’t stay here again.

Noisy. Guests were quite noisy 2 out of three night we were there until 4-5 in the morning. Apparently the walls are quite thin. Got very little sleep those nights.

Adequate for emergency stay.
Room was average, bathroom could have been cleaned better. Elevator was out of service. Room floor was uneven and you could feel it move when you walked across it, felt like a large hole in floor in front of the refrigerator. No extra bedding in the room for pull out bed, pull out bed had a huge stain so we didn’t use it. AC would shut off before the room cooled down. Adequate enough just because this was an emergency visit and no other rooms were available due to OU TX game but would not stay again for any other reason.
