Staff was great and friendly!! Convenient location, quiet and clean. The pillows were our only issues. They are half the size of a regular pillow and hard to sleep with. But other than that the stay was great!

I would not stay there again. Very limited food selection and no restaurant at the property. I forgot a toothbrush and arrived late at night, and they did not have one available for purchase at the front desk. I had to ask the front desk for a blanket. I thought it was rated a 4-star hotel, but I felt it was more like a 2-star hotel. Also the small fitness center was under renovation and thus not usable.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located near some city attractions. Although the facilities are old, they are kept in acceptable condition. However, the room's air conditioning is very noisy and does not cool properly. Additionally, the TV screen does not function correctly with streaming applications, as it reports an unstable internet connection.

We booked this hotel because we have next morning early flight to catch. Hotel staff told us they have 5am airport shuttle. We were at the lobby next morning at 4:50am. But the front desk told us there was no shuttle reservation. She called shuttle driver, but no one came till 5:40am. We almost missed our flight. Very disappointed.
