Clean, modern property, close to major attractions, room was great overall. Con: valet parking and each time you have it parked or brought to you a text is sent for tips... even though parking is 47 dollars a day.

The Courtyard Dallas Downtown was a nice property close to many sites. Check-in was easy, quick, and efficient. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was comfortable and the AC/heat worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and included a walk-in shower. There is a Starbucks in the lobby with plenty of seating. The only part I missed when reviewing and booking the property was the $45 for daily parking via valet, which I should've expected since the property was located downtown in a large city. The valet parking team was courteous, kind, and accommodating. Overall, we had a nice stay.
