The elevator was out of service for most of my stay. I have difficulty doing stairs and I was on the second floor. But the hotel was beautiful, newly decorated and/or refurbished and I loved the walk in shower and the overall cleanliness of the entire hotel.

The stay was great. The cafe wasn't the best. The staff was great, but the dunks weren't. I asked for a margarita and received what i think was a take on a cosmo. Otherwise, the stay was good

AC did not work in first room, moved us to another and when the Thermostat hot the setpoint the fan would blow Hot air. Just kept the thermostat on 65. Staff was very helpful though

Check in took forever. Systems were down so I understand however the lack of coordination between team members made check in chaotic and take longer than it should have especially given that I was the only one checking in at the time. My room was also almost unbearably hot. We woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Will make this my last option if needing to stay in the area again

The staff were exceptionally pleasant to deal with. They didn’t treat us like we were inconveniencing them whenever we needed anything. Also, the rooms were very nice better than most I have stayed in.
