The condo was spacious and loved that it was easy access from gate and on first floor of the unit. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to the locations we were going to.

Soo very COMFY & CLEAN
Hosts were attentive, my family from senior citizen to small kids each had their own space & rooms although just enough living room space when we wanted to gather together in the eveings. Fully stocked kitchen although we didn't need to cook, beds were comfy everything was immaculate & check in was at ease! Thank you hosts! Yall were awesome <33

The colony
I liked the apartment. Unfortunately I didn’t get to use some of the amenities due to my schedule, though I had planned to use the pool and hot tub. It was still good to know they were available. Working TV in every room with all streaming services available was an added benifit. The location was great a few blocks from major freeway making it easy to get anywhere in Dallas area. Parking situation wasn’t the best, but ample spaces were always open. All appliances worked except the dryer. Overall we had a great time.

I was pleasantly surprised that the apartment was exactly as the pictures shown. Absolutely loved it! Location was just where we needed to be - in the middle of everything. Jamie & Terian we’re extremely responsive and accommodating! Loved our experience! Would definitely use them again when I come back to The Colony! On a scale of 1-10 - I absolutely give them a 15!!!!
