I absolutely love this hotel! The beds are so comfortable and it’s nice and quiet so we had a great night sleep. At 5 PM in the evening they give everyone in the room two alcoholic drinks and great snack buffet, including fresh fruit! In the morning, there is an amazing buffet with everything you could want for breakfast. The staff go above and beyond. I’m already planning my next visit!

Room 304 had NO HOT WATER. No rooms available to switch to so we were stuck. Kids running up and down the hall screaming. Wasnt offered the happy hour like others were. The bed is like sleepijg on concrete. But other than that was OK..

This was by far the worst experience staying at any embassy suites. First time visiting Dallas and when we got to the hotel the parking lot was a mess. They are doing some work but my husband is a disabled veteran and parking was a disaster. And then to charge people 20 dollars a day to park is ridiculous. I found a bed bug in the bed showed it to the manager said they inspected the room and it wasn't signs of bed bug but I had it dead in a bag we didn't bring with us. Also the same day as I found the bedbug the power went out and elevators were down and we were on the 9th floor. The manager said she would refund 25 percent. We will never return if visiting the area again.

It was better than a motel 6. The entire hotel is old and dated. They had 4 elevators and on day 1 of our stay only one of them was working. At least 2 of them were out of order during the duration of our stay. The roof was leaking in the atrium. There was construction on both sides of the parking lot that cut down on accessibility. The bartender couldn’t make drinks very well.
