I arrived at the hotel much later than anticipated after being sidetracked by a storm in the area. The desk manager noticed I was frazzled and offered me free parking for the two days of my stay. The location is incredibly convenient and within 5-10 minutes driving distance to plenty of fun spots, food, etc... Breakfast was included, the room was well lit & appointed and clean. One of the best hotel stays I've had in a few years.

Hotel was in horrible disrepair. Tiles popping off of floor in shower, mattresses old and not maintained, basically this was lipstick on a pig kind of property. When you add to that Hotels.com's website having issues and arbitrarily changing dates after I hit submit during booking, I was left holding the bag for non-refundable rooms for nights I would not be there. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and very likely NEVER use Hotels.com again

This property is in a great location, practically across the street from Northpark Mall. The common areas were great. Mariana is a sweet bartender. The decor in halls and rooms is a bit tired - windows need to be cleaned or replaced all over the property. The room setup with kitchen and separate living rm area was great.

Horrible service will never book at this hotel.
From desk lady was rude and not helpful, she was very condescending and not helpful at all. They got our reservation wrong and when we told her, she said since you booked with the third-party, we can do anything for you. I will never stay at that place again. I stay at hotels once a week due to the nature of my business and similar situation happened to me and the hotel that I stayed at that time made everything possible to make me a happy customer.
