I only left the hotel and no where else when I realized I left my charger by the window. I remember seeing it and saying I was going to grab it, but I know I didn’t. Called just an hour later and about 12 hrs later. And they said there was no lost items from room 212 in lost and found. Which means staff just grab it when cleaning. I know I’m the one who left it behind. But be honest, and ppl will reach out for their lost things and you didn’t even bother returning it. Kinda sucks!

We checked in the hotel on Oct 17, 2024. The bathroom light over the sink was not working. The bathroom sink was not draining. We automatcally assume that we just need to lift up the stopper in the sink for it work. We went to the front desk to tell them the bathroom light over the sink was not working. The young man working the front desk stated they did not have a maintenance person on duty. He stated that maintenance will be on duty tomorrow morning. He stated he will make a note to inform them. I asked him if they could move us to another room. He stated they could not because they were full. Later on, my husbsnd tried to lift up the stopper that was in the sink. At that time, the sink was half full with water due to us washing our hands. My husband was not successful in doing this. My husband went to the front desk to inform them of the sink. My husband asked them if they had something he could use to lift the stopper. The employee at the front desk stated that they did not have anything. At this point, we decided to check out. If we would have kept using the bathroom sink, it would have over flowed to the floor. I contacted the expedia the next morning for a refund since we checked out the prior day. Expedia contacted the manager at the hotel. The manager blatantly lied and said the employee asked to switch us to another room and we denied it. Therefore, the refund was denied. I am disgusted that a manager would lie about this!!!

The electricity went off the first night of our stay and we got no assistance or help. One of us has mobility problems and we got no assistance or given a room on the first floor. We went up 4 flights and she now has some some new painful areas in her body as a result.

Great staff! Clean! Convenient! Only real complaints are a) the sliding barn door as a bathroom door is ridiculous!!!!! Who thought that was a good idea and approved it??? Zero privacy!! b) the beds and pillows suck! Hard mattresses and half-dead down pillows and c) the breakfast seems like it’d be good, but it’s super low quality stuff. Ok for a day or two, but not so great on repeat. Still… it’s a nice, quiet, clean, convenient place and everyone was super nice and responsive. Also, it’s convenient to a ton of stuff, easy in/out, and they have a security onsite and felt totally safe in and around the grounds. Oh, and it’s right next to a busy highway and my room faced it and it wasn’t noisy or distracting at all.

Hated to leave!
The service was AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk, to the kitchen staff (Maria, Hilda, and Ninfa), hotel security, and housekeeping were EXCELLENT! They were extremely attentive to our needs. Front desk staff does a great job of keeping an eye out for guests and letting them in while we fumble looking for our keys. The full breakfasts were delicious. Security was visible but non-intrusive. I felt comfortable and safe taking early morning walks around the property, knowing security was nearby. I also witnessed security being extremely compassionate to an unhoused individual in the area. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels in the pool area at all times. KUDOS!

Check-in time was listed as 3:00. We arrived at 3:15 and were told that the room was not ready. We were the only people in the lobby waiting. After 45 minutes of waiting, 3 other groups came in and immediately were checked in and given room keys. I inquired as to why our room was not ready and then did get checked in and given room keys. The toilet would run constantly at times. We could not get the TV to work properly and the front desk could not do to anything help.

The shower was nice and I had hot water. However, the toilet lid was broken. The room smelled and the mattress was at the end of it's life span. The chaise lounge looked dirty, so wouldn't sit on it.
