an hour after check in someone started "POUNDING" on my door. When I went to the door to see who it was I noticed that the peep hole had a wad of paper shoved in it on my side which was blocking me looking out. I called the front desk and asked them to send someone up to investigate the door pounding. I did not get any feedback. I went later in the evening down to the desk and showed them the paper that was in the peep whole and asked them to look at the camera. I was never notified of any review to even just offer assurance. The room was very clean, however one of the shower doors would not stay shut .

I was totally disappointed with housekeeping service and that overnight front desk service. Even when I brought the lack of toiletries in the room, when going back the room was the same as when we left it. Terrible experience. Lack of understanding.
