We are a family of 5. The suite was perfect for us. It has 2 queen beds plus a pull out sofa bed. I choose this hotel because of price point, proximity to the airport, long term parking options and transfer to/from airport.

I have stayed at this property a few times when my flights from DFW have been delayed or cancelled. I choose this hotel because of the free shuttle and reasonable rates. My main reason for looking elsewhere is the condition of the shuttle van. It is warn-out and tired.

Convenient for DFW airport access. Outdated and not the cleanest. Staff were just okay. The included breakfast was nice and there is a good sized space to sit down and eat. Definitely not as nice as it looked in the pictures and would not stay here again.

While the room is very large, it's not ideally utilized. A bunch of empty space. Additionally the room smelled heavily of cleaning detergent, bleach maybe, that did not go away. The breakfast was fine, the staff was a bit rude and a bit condescending when asked questions.

Bought an older hotel but not classic holiday inn…..poor architecture resulting in poor everything….the architects must have been lacking basic common sense on layout, very poorly appointed

Excellent for stay near the airport
Late overnight stay to catch an early flight out of DFW. Convenient airport pick up at 11.20 pm with a cordial shuttle driver . Alexis at front desk was warm and welcoming to all and answered questions to all in line .
