Close to UTSW. Second time we've stayed here and accommodations and cleanliness is quite good. The only issue is the homeless tent community one block away.

Very new very clean hotel! Love the breakfast selection! Second time staying here and will definitely stay here again. The only thing is there is a lot of homeless people around the area but this last time we stayed there was security cruising the parking lot.

Comfortable Hotel and spacious rooms
The staff is always helpful and polite … the hotel is new and clean! I would not stay in the room across from the ice machine is my only complaint since you can hear every ice cube drop when filling ice buckets! The walls are a little thin as well for noise but never enough to be bothersome or stop me from again at the hotel! AND FREE PARKING, since many hotels in Dallas charge for parking! Kroger’s is around the corner and the full-size refrigerator is really a nice feature, microwave and dishwasher! Cupboards have all the utensils you need.

Really liked this one. Well maintained. Clean. Close to hospitals..restaurants…downtown. Good parking..lighted. It was by a railroad…we didn’t hear it when in room. Staff was friendly. Amenities were great…coffee out all day and water, tea offered too . Bathroom fully stocked. Kitchen well stocked. Extra blankets and a pillow. Furniture in great shape.Bathroom was wonderful! Property in great shape. Definitely will book again.

Great place for a small family
Room was very spacious for 4. Kitchenette was perfect with fullsize fridge. Added pull out couch and table was great. Internet speed was about 10Mbps. Not the fastest we've experienced but do able. Continental was very good and selection of different food items were exceptional. Definitely worth the value.

Place was clean and had friendly staff. Biggest issue was the noise. Outside noise (shuttle), and other guests (families with children, even business travelers) can be heard as of they are inside your room. Not sure if people were just rude or the insulation in this place is poor.
