Great rating, close to hospital.
It was nice to find a hotel so close to our hospital event. Hotels.com also had customer ratings to help choose. The parking was good, and easy to negotiate to hospital. The room was clean, with lots of towels. Pillows were limp, though. Check-in required a copy of my receipt, as they had a hard time finding what I ordered. Eventually, they found my reserved room.

Keep it going!
Checkin was a breeze and staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable . Breakfast was good but would love to have had another breakfast meat besides pork! Loved the spacious bathroom with stand along shower. I wanted to extend my stay for two additional days but they wouldn’t honor the same rate. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay again!

I reserved a king suite, when I got to my room it was a queen suite. Then I was rudely told they overbooked king suites so they changed my reservation without notifying me. There was a lot of noise in the halls late into the night, and outside the hotel all night.

The hotel was very nice and right by a Chic Fil A. I stayed here because a friend was in the hospital 5 mins away. Highly recommend.

The hotel wasnt ready for me at 7:30 pm. on 11/9/24. Staff had to go clean a room after sending me there and it wasnt clean. Took over an hour and a line was forming. Only 1 person working! Not her fault. She had a great attitude, but come on Hilto. Do better.
