We stay at this hotel any time we are transiting through from a long-haul to/from Asia. The free breakfast offerings are plentiful, the rooms are comfortable, the free transportation to the terminals is convenient, and the staff are consistently courteous and helpful. Always happy to recommend this hotel to others.

This was a wonderful property to stay at before or after a flight. They were friendly once we arrived and explained the amenities they had in the evening and in the morning. The room was spacious and spotless. The breakfast was plentiful and had a number of different options and the shuttle service to the airport was on time and friendly. Everyone was greeted with a Merry Christmas or you left with the same greeting. It was a very pleasant stay and checked off all the boxes. There is a Starbucks in the same parking lot and a Whataburger across the street.

The hotel's leading asset is by far its team. I'm talking about Helen, Yaya, Debra, Keith, Jake... I mean, they are stars. They made my day, they made my stay. They are worth going offsite (from the airport) for. I truly felt taken care of and I look forward to going back and seeing them again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, which I greatly appreciated. The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The shuttle service is a standout feature—drivers were friendly and punctual, making transportation hassle-free. The staff at the reception in the morning were kind and helpful. The free breakfast provided by the hotel offered a good variety of options, and while the food was just okay, it was sufficient to start the day. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning system in my room was quite noisy at night, which made it a bit difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel restaurant left much to be desired. The food was not good and overpriced for the quality. Fortunately, there are better options nearby—Starbucks and Whataburger are just a short walk away and far more satisfying. Overall, the hotel has feels a bit expensive for what it offers, but if you need a stay near the airport with good shuttle service, it’s worth considering.

Great Layover hotel
We had a very short layover and chose this hotel as it was only 7 mins by shuttle. The staff communicated well and the transfer was a breeze. The staff were all great, especially the Director of Transport who did an extra trip back to the airport after I left my phone on the bus - thank you. The food was good and our room was clean and really comfortable. We had a 5.30am start and there was already coffee/muffins and bagels out for an early start breakfast.
