Only booked for the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. Was informed at check in that they do not have the shuttle as its is getting maintenance. Staff offer no alternative and suggested we look up places to pick us up ourselves.

The property and room were a bit dated. Not spotless, but mostly clean. Freezing pool but no hot tub. Pretty good breakfast. Nice staff.

The daytime staff was nice and welcoming. The elevator was slow, loud and a bit sketchy. All of the towels in my room had hair on them. Toilet still had hair on it. Bottom of the tub had rust. HDMI connection did not work and was falling/hanging out of the wall. Night staff needs help. Poor lady was not very welcoming and had the job of 4 people.

Staff was so nice and helpful! ( especially Gage at the FD) I didn’t like the leaking water all week and construction from it. Dangerous for my elderly mother. First experience at a Hyatt Place ever. Will probably not return.

At 11 pm last we were awoken by a bus load of kids being loud and running up and down the halls. They just had gotten there. I had to call the front desk to go up there. There was alot of boys in 1 room and no chaperone.

The breakfast didn’t have much to offer, no waffles or pancakes. The HDMI port in the room didn’t work, so couldn’t watch anything but cable. The staff was very friendly.
