Very clean facility, props to the house keeping staff! Breakfast & the service was great too. The rooms need some updating; bathrooms are way too small and cumbersome, lighting inside needs improvement.

One of the elevators made terrible noise and it was very loud. Breakfast area was not kept up. No staff member was in food area keeping it stocked and clean. I am use to this at other hotels.

Good service, just okay room
We stopped here while driving through from San Antonio to Kansas City. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the spaciousness of the room, but when we settled in (about 8:00pm) we realized that the side lamp on the desk did not work, and the toilet would run every few minutes (without someone flushing it). Since our toddler was already sleeping, I didn’t want to call the desk about it and wake him. It was just small inconveniences, but still annoying when you get somewhere from a long drive and expect your room to have been checked for things like this prior to arrival. Other than that, breakfast was good, good location, bed was comfortable!

Great location and friendly staff. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. Cleaning staff freshened up the room everyday. Room was nice and big for a 3-night stay we really appreciated that.

As a working professional, went to dallas furst time and checkin after a long flight from chicago and the reception says that they dont have room for me and my wife on a reservationwe made more than two weeks before. Never happened in my life. Funny part is there were a few more checking in after me but most likely they must have been more important people that this little family. Hyatt as a brand definitely does not care about hospitality but rather profits. I did not realized this way of making more profit in long run. Thanks
