Lights didn't work. The seating was dirty. There were never any towels available upon request. Breakfast was empty 15 mins after it started all days of my stay. Staff rude and not willing to help.

Main reason why we booked here was for the hot tub and the pool for the kids. The inside pool was freezing cold and the tub was not even lukewarm , and it was green with mold built in the concrete around. It also smelled like mop water. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty nice. Everything was stocked. Housekeeping didn’t clean after the first day. The second day I caught housekeeping outside and asked for a broom to sweep myself. And gave her the trash to toss. But only one bag was replaced. The hotel itself was pretty quiet. The Tv didn’t have any children channels , and it had no signal half the time, which was a bummer. The room was very spacious.

The shuttle driver was extremely rude and used extremely offensive language when speaking to the airport employee over the phone as well as on person. Front desk check me into a room that was not properly cleaned. Housing keeping walked in to my room without knocking or announcing her self. Guest manifest with room number and guest names left unattended on top of the trush next to elevator exposing guest private information. This properly has the potential to be amazing but it will need to train it employee properly.

Great stay for airport transfer
This is a nice hotel to stay at for transfer to DFW airport and leave your car. The carpet was stained. Need was comfortable. Shuttle drivers are awesome!

The worst hotel ever
I had to be moved rooms twice. Both rooms were absolutely horrible. I really feel like I should not have even been charged for the situation. The first room had a loud so they moved me and then we moved to the second room in the toilet leaked come and fix it. The maids woke me up by continuously knocking until I answer the door, the breakfast was not great. The pool was disgusting and full of black mold and so was the Jacuzzi. It was unusable definitely not worth $100 a night. Oh yes, and I woke up to maids in my room, changing my sheets and going around and moving all my Stuff and I asked him to kindly leave my room, but they did not speak English, so that was not translated very well.

Hallway smelled like cigarettes, was very disappointed that they stopped having an hourly shuttle to the airport from 1-4am. I booked this place partly for a free shuttle ride but had to pay $38.00 to an Uber for a 10 minute ride to the airport.

You Get What You Pay For
We were not able to get additional pillows or towels from front desk. Upon initial check in encountered a spider on the door of the room. Shuttle instructions from DFW were vague as the front desk continually asked for a gate number once you get to the "purple sign" however, no mention there is a sign on the pillar that will show were you are as well as the gate number.

Definitely a wonderful stay. Indoor pool was great to swim in. A little chilly but it was nice. The hot tub was relaxing as well.
