Bad experience
Bernice was rude and unprofessional, no customer service and showed no care whatsoever. Tried charging a lady of color that had paid for one night stay $200 deposit which the customer didn’t pay and charged me $150 for two nights, makes me wonder why and if it was that she was racist. The AC in the room she gave me was not working. When I called to report it, another lady answered and she was nice and gave me a room on the first floor close to the door because I mentioned to her that I was going to have a procedure on my foot. We were rushed to checkout because the housekeeping lady started knocking 10 min before checkout time and knocked two more times after telling her we were getting our things together. I will never stay here again.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the walls seemed dirty and the ceiling had mold stains on it. Most likely because there is not a vent fan in bathroom.
