Overall disappointing. The room served its purpose for the 3 nights we stayed but it was not a great experience. Not one tile on the bathroom floor was secured making it hard to walk on, the bathroom door would not stay open, the tub/shower was old and dingy, there was a stain on the bed, and the room smelled musty. TV was outdated and only had a few available channels so we had to buy an HDMI to connect our laptop.. not a huge deal but it’s 2024… Breakfast was not tasty at all. Loud neighbors and kids running up and down the halls but that isn’t the hotel’s fault. Pros: comfortable bed, no bugs in sight, clean overall besides the stain and tub, nice staff. Would I stay here again? Not with the other endless options in town.

They didn't have too many choices for breakfast. Customer service wasn't very welcoming or greeting. They were not rude but compared to other hotels no good morning/evening. TV control is a pain to work. It's like it has its own mind. Other then that it was decent.

The mid-day front desk person was rude when checking in, but that wasn’t the worst of it. Getting into the room, it sounded like construction or power tool work was being done in the room next door, but there didn’t appear to be any workers about. There was a matching stain on my pillow case and bed before I even touched the bedding, and the drawers seemed fairly dirty. The shower also lacked hot water even at the highest setting, which was strange since it was 8:45 AM and no one has used the shower yet. The staff in the morning were friendly and responsive, so no complaints there. Overall, I was pretty dissatisfied with my stay here, and more than likely won’t come back for future visits.

You get what you pay for.
I guess you get what you pay for here. The staff were so unfriendly and although we called ahead of time to make a request for side by side rooms and a crib upon arrival they said they can't do that. Also we called ahead of time to confirm airport shuttle and upon arrival didn't have one and it doesn't run on weekends or after 3 pm on weekdays. How is that helpful? Didn't use room service but cleaning staff were friendly in the hallways. Front desk workers need customer service training.
