We had a leaky sink, barely working AC, and found a grass hoper in the toilet. Also the included breakfast is not worth it, and hated how dark the hallways were.

I paid for a king bed and when I arrived they told me they didn’t have a king but put me in a room with two full. I wasn’t happy about that. My boyfriend and had to sleep in separate beds but it was too late to try and we were to tired to try and find another hotel.

The checkin staff seemed to be unfamiliar with their jobs. Our room had a roach in the bed and two on the ceiling. Moved to another room but didn’t sleep much due to being worried about the possibility of more roaches roaming about.

There is some obvious deferred maintenance around the property. Most notably, the elevator had a sign saying it was out of order and to take the stairs (we were on the 7th floor). Luckily we ignored the sign and used the elevator just fine throughout our stay, as there is no way we would have been able to use the stairs every time for our 2 day stay. The bed was very hard, and the mini fridge in the room did not work. The ac in the room was hit or miss, working great sometimes and sometimes not so great. There was a beautiful view from the windows, and the area near the hotel was nice. Easy walk to Dave & busters, and a nice shopping area. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. There was ample easy parking. Overall acceptable stay, but probably would not stay again.

Electrical outlets in the room did not work. Both elevators were out of sevice. Had to carry all luggage down the stairs from the 3rd floor (without help from staff). The pool was green. Toilet in the room was clogged and no maintenance on site. Horrible service. And fire hazard due to short in Electrical outlet.
