Great location to visit the sites of Dallas. Excellent staff and condition. Typical breakfast and large dining space. Buffet replenished regularly. We've been here before and will come again.

The hotel needs updating, a second working elevator, better water pressure, attentiveness to cleanliness in the one working elevator, and a disclaimer that rooms facing the freeway are so noisy that the hotel leaves earplugs on the bedstand.

Lisa and Mia are awesome managers and were so accommodating. We appreciated them so much and the staff was super helpful every time we needed something they would always deliver with such positive attitudes! The management sets the tone and I will recommend this hotel to my out of town friends and family!
